According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 No. UP-5017 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of Management of System of Housing-and-municipal Servicing", resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 18, 2017 "About the organization of activities of the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan", of April 20, 2017 No. PP-2910 "About the Program of complex development and upgrade of systems of drinking water supply and the sewerage for 2017-2021", of April 20, 2017 No. PP-2912 "About the Development program of system of heat supply for 2018-2022" and of April 24, 2017 No. PP-2922 "About measures for further enhancement of system of content and operation of apartment housing stock for 2017-2021" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2900:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. H. Saliyev.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 30, 2006 No. 100 "About approval of the Approximate Charter of partnership of private homeowners and the approximate contract between partnership of private homeowners and the owner of the non-residential premise in the apartment house" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 5, the Art. 40):

a) the fifth Item 5.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"establish the sizes of compulsory monthly fees of owners of residential and non-residential premises on content of common property and the territories adjacent to apartment housing stock, not below the minimum sizes approved on annual basis by the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

b) to add Item 8.3 after words of "general meeting of copartners" with the words "not below the minimum sizes approved on annual basis by the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

c) to state paragraph two of Item 11.17 in the following edition:

"it is chosen in the presence of the appropriate certificate about training in SUE Educational and Methodical Center Kommunalukuv and on approval of candidate with the head of department of housing-and-municipal servicing of the area (city), and also relieved of the post on representation of the head of department of housing-and-municipal servicing of the area (city) by the decision of general meeting of copartners of private homeowners".

Appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 2, 2010 No. 62 "About measures for streamlining of assignments of means in off-budget funds of the ministries, state committees and departments" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 4, the Art. 14) to add with line item 34 following of content:

a) in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "on the CEO of the Uzbek agency "Uzkommunkhizmat"" shall be replaced with words "on the minister of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
