About measures for further enhancement of procedure for development of town-planning documentation on development and building of the territories of the cities and city settlements

For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for development, approval and approval of town-planning documentation on development and building of the territories of the cities and city settlements, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides determinations of perspectives of their development, improvement of town-planning and architectural and planning structure by ensuring the balanced and complex building:

1. Approve:

the schedule of development (updates) of master plans of Nukus and the cities administrative centers of areas for 2016 - 2019 (further - the schedule) according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish procedure according to which are involved in development of town-planning documentation, on the basis of agreements, for forming of forecast calculations for the long-term and medium term in part:

social and economic development of the territories - Institute of forecasting and macroeconomic researches under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

developments of social infrastructure, including service industries, educations and health cares - Institute of social researches under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

developments of the territorial industry taking into account available natural and mineral raw material resources - Republican design institute "Uzinzhiniring";

determinations of list of land users, the agricultural and other holdings included in project borders of settlements - Scientific design institute on land management of Uzdaverloyikh.

3. To provide to Gosarkhitektstroy together with the design and survey organizations SUE Uzshakharsozlikliti and SUE Toshkentboshplanliti interested in the ministries and departments carrying out each five years - complex inventory count of the course of implementation of master plans of the cities approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also each ten years - their updates, taking into account modern town-planning and social and economic requirements.

4. Determine:

engineering companies "Service of the Single Customer" under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent - customers of works (services) in timely and high-quality development (updates) of master plans of Nukus and the cities administrative centers for 2016 - 2018 according to the schedule approved by this resolution;

the design and survey organizations SUE Uzshakharsozlikliti and SUE Toshkentboshplanliti - developers of drafts of master plans and drafts of the detailed layout of the cities and city settlements, and also projects of city and settlement line;

the design and survey organization SUE UZGASHKLITI - the contractor on carrying out complex technical researches (carrying out engineering-geological researches, creation of topographic maps and plans) for development of town-planning documentation.

5. To the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan annually, since 2016, when forming parameters of the Government budget and the Investing program of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide, by reasonable calculations of Gosarkhitektstroy, necessary funds for financing of timely and high-quality development (updates) of master plans of Nukus and the cities administrative centers for 2016 - 2018 according to the schedule approved by this resolution.
