"Article 15. Social protection of disabled people

Social protection of disabled people is provided by provision of the public, charitable assistance, medical, social and employment rehabilitation, access to education and other measures directed to creation to disabled people of opportunities of participation in life of society, equal with other citizens.

Article 16. Public assistance to disabled people

The public assistance to disabled people includes payments in the form of public welfare payments, compensations and other payments including due to charity, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Local executive bodies and the employer have the right to render to disabled people additional types of the public assistance.".

17.
