About approval of sanitary standards and rules

(Extraction)

Based on part three of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 No. 340-Z "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", paragraph two of subitem 8.32 of Item 8 and subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve sanitary standards and the rules "Sanitary and Epidemiologic Requirements to Working Conditions Working, to Content and Operation of Production Facilities" (are applied).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus and the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

List of invalid resolutions of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus and resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus

1. The resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 1998 No. 53 "About enforcement of health regulations and regulations, hygienic standard rates".

Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2012 No. 190 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements for the Organizations for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles", introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 1998 No. 53 and recognition No. 149 which voided separate structural element of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2012".

5. The resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2013 No. 30 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Sanitary and Epidemiologic Requirements during the Work with Mercury, Its Connections and Devices with Mercury Filling", modification of the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 1998 No. 53 and recognition No. 155 which voided resolutions of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2005".

6. Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2013 No. 45 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Sources of Air and Contact Ultrasound of Industrial, Medical and Household Purpose during the Works with Them", the Hygienic standard rate "Maximum permissible and admissible levels of the normalized parameters during the works with sources of air and contact ultrasound of industrial, medical and household purpose" and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 1998 No. 53".

7. Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2013 No. 47 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Working Conditions of Drivers of Road Transport", the Hygienic standard rate "Optimum and admissible parameter values of microclimate on workplaces of drivers of road transport", modification of the resolution of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 1998 No. 53 and recognition voided Sanitary standards and rules No. 11-10-94 "Health regulations on occupational health of drivers of cars", the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2011 No. 93".
