Sanitary standards and rules "Requirements to Working Conditions of Drivers of Road Transport";
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of 19.07.2023 No. 114
3. Recognize invalid:
Sanitary standards and rules No. 11-10-94 the "Sanitary regulations on occupational health of drivers of cars" approved by the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus on January 27, 1994;
the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2011 No. 93 "About entering of amendment into Sanitary standards and rules No. 11-10-94 the "Sanitary regulations on occupational health of drivers of cars" approved by the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 1994".
4. This resolution becomes effective in 15 working days after its signing.

1. These Sanitary standards and rules establish requirements to factors of the production circle, work-rest schedules, sanitary household to providing, personal hygiene of drivers of road transport (further – the driver), to sanitary condition of road transport (further if other is not determined, – the car).
2. These Sanitary standards and rules extend to drivers of the cars occupied with intra republican and international motor transportations of passengers and baggage or motor transportations of loads of general purpose, except for loads which transportation is regulated by the Rules on ensuring safe transportation of dangerous goods by road transport in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2010 No. 61.
3. Action of these Sanitary standards and rules does not extend to the cars intended for operation in the enclosed space and underground conditions on the cars intended for accomplishment of special technological transactions and equipped with internal combustion engines, electric motors test and sports models, cars of the physical persons exploiting them for own needs.
4. Requirements of these Sanitary standards and rules shall be considered in case of development and production of new models of cars, including specialized cargo vehicles.
5. These Sanitary standards and rules are obligatory for observance by state bodies, other organizations, physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs.
6. The state sanitary inspection behind respect for these Sanitary standards and rules is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
7. Perpetrators bear responsibility according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus for violation of these Sanitary standards and rules.
8. On workplaces of drivers of cars parameters of factors of the production circle according to these Sanitary standards and rules, the Hygienic standard rate "Optimum and admissible parameter values of microclimate on workplaces of drivers of road transport" approved by this resolution (further – the Hygienic standard rate), other hygienic standard rates regulating requirements to parameters of factors of the production circle shall be provided.
9. Ventilation systems, heating, shall provide air conditionings of the car:
optimum or in case of impossibility to reach their admissible parameter values of microclimate not later than in 30 minutes after the beginning of continuous motion of the car with the hot engine according to requirements of the Hygienic standard rate;
the organization of scattered airflows and possibility of regulation of quantity and the direction of the air arriving in cabin to provide temperature drop of air on height, temperature of the protecting surfaces in driver's cab and passenger compartment.
10. Operation of cars with defective and (or) with not adjusted ventilation systems, heating, air conditioning provided by vehicle design is forbidden in case of absence or wear of the sealants provided by technical documentation, rugs and other means providing hermeticity of cabin and salon.
11. For ensuring parameters of microclimate on workplace of the driver according to the Hygienic standard rate the cabin of the car shall be equipped with remedies from heat arriving from motor compartment, and also insolation.
12. The cars intended for operation in the conditions of pits shall be equipped with effective remedies of branch and purification of exhaust gases of internal combustion engines for providing in air environment on workplaces of drivers (air of the working area) and in air environment of salons of hazardous substances in the concentration which are not exceeding admissible values (atmospheric air).
13. In case of application on the car of fuels and lubricants with additives and additives control of air environment in zone of breath shall be exercised taking into account the chemical composition of additives.
14. Lighting instruments shall light regularly the working field in front of the car. Lamps in cabin and passenger compartment shall provide uniform illumination of working space.
