Based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

1-1. Determine the list of the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

2. Transfer:

2.1. from structure of the Belarusian state concern on production and realization of pharmaceutical and microbiological products (further - Belbiofarm concern) in subordination of the Ministry of Health republican unitary production enterprise of Belmedpreparata, Minsk, the production republican unitary enterprise "Minskinterkaps", the research and design republican unitary enterprise "MBI", Minsk, the research and production republican unitary enterprise "LOTIOS", Minsk;

2.2. the stocks owned by the Republic of Belarus:

2.2.1. open joint stock companies, "the Borisovsky plant of medical supplies", "the Nesvizhsky plant of medical supplies", Ekzon and joint open joint stock company "Fereyn" in management of the Ministry of Health;

2.2.2. Enzim open joint stock company in management of the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom (further - Belgospishcheprom concern).

3. Include in structure of Belgospishcheprom concern republican unitary production enterprise "Ekzon-Glyukoza" and the republican unitary enterprise "Plant on production of medical and alcohol-containing products "Ethanol", having excluded the specified companies from structure of Belbiofarm concern.

4. Bring in the Charter of the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2000 No. 1683 "Questions of the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 108, 5/4523; 2008, No. 83, 5/27452; 2009, No. 3, 5/29025; No. 118, 5/29724; No. 197, 5/30308; 2010, No. 149, 5/32072; No. 262, 5/32739; 2011, No. 33, 5/33460; No. 75, 5/34072; No. 101, 5/34406), following amendments:

4.1. to add appendix 1 to this Charter with paragraphs the forty eighth and forty ninth the following content:

"Republican unitary production enterprise "Ekzon-Glyukoza"

The republican unitary enterprise "Plant on production of medical and alcohol-containing products "Ethanol";

4.2. to add appendix 2 to this Charter with the paragraph the thirty seventh the following content:

"Enzim open joint stock company.

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

6. To provide to Belbiofarm concern together with National academy of Sciences of Belarus in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure the solution of the questions connected with transfer of the Babruysk republican unitary enterprise "Hydrolytic Plant" to maintaining National academy of Sciences of Belarus from structure of Belbiofarm concern.

7. To the Ministry of Health and Belgospishcheprom concern in two-month time:

make changes to charters (to approve charters) the organizations specified in subitem 2.1 of Item 2 and Item 3 of this resolution;

take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

8. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2011.
