1.1. Health regulations and regulations for the companies for production of medicines are established for the purpose of health protection of working and regulate the main requirements for occupational health and industrial hygiene in production of medicines.
1.2. Provisions of these rules shall be considered in case of production process, development of improving actions.
1.3. These rules are the all-republican standard rate and are obligatory for all companies for production of medicines regardless of patterns of ownership of officials are used during the designing, construction, reconstruction and operation of productions of medicines.
1.4. State standards and the industry specifications and technical documentation shall meet the requirements of health regulations.
1.5. Violation of health regulations attracts disciplinary, administrative and criminal liability according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
