1. Approve the enclosed Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements for the Organizations for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of 19.07.2023 No. 114
3. Declare invalid the paragraph of the sixth of Item 2 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2012 No. 149 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Application, Condition of Carriages and Storages of Pesticides (Remedies of Plants), Agrochemicals and Mineral Fertilizers", the Hygienic standard rate "Hygienic standard rates of content of active ingredients of pesticides (remedies of plants) in environment objects, food staples, foodstuff" and recognition voided some resolutions of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements".
4. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing, except for Item 3 of this resolution which is becoming effective on October 18, 2012.

1. These Sanitary standards and rules establish requirements to the territory, production processes and the equipment, microclimate, ventilation and lighting, water supply and water disposal, sanitary household to providing, working conditions of employees of motor transportation plants, motor transportation workshops, service stations, repair and diagnostics of cars, workshops on repair, maintenance of cars, workshops on accomplishment of separate transactions on maintenance of vehicles – mounting, washing of motor transport and cleaning of salons, including workshops located in the territory of garage cooperatives (further if other is not established, – workshops), and the auto repair shops placed in the territory of the farmstead housing estate (further if other is not established by these Sanitary standards and rules, – the organizations).
2. Requirements of these Sanitary standards and rules do not extend to sites and workshops on assembly of vehicles from vehicle sets, on production of products from plastic for repair and maintenance of vehicles, on utilization of worn-out vehicles in scrap metal.
3. These Sanitary standards and rules are obligatory for observance by state bodies, other organizations, physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs.
4. The state sanitary inspection behind respect for these Sanitary standards and rules is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
41. The services in maintenance and repair of vehicles including performed in the workshops located in the territory of garage cooperatives are subject to the state sanitary and hygienic examination according to the list of the works and services constituting potential danger for life and health of the population, the established resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2012 No. 104 "About establishment of the list of the works and services constituting potential danger for life and health of the population and recognition No. 75 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2006" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.08. 2012, 8/26312).
42. The state sanitary and hygienic examination of objects of car service, services in maintenance and repair of vehicles, working conditions of workers is carried out by authorized organizations according to the procedure, No. 156 established by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 "About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 35, 5/35330).
5. Perpetrators bear responsibility according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus for violation of these Sanitary standards and rules.
6. 7. The territory of the organization shall have division into functional zones:

the zone of repair and maintenance of vehicles including operational zone for the organization of acceptance and troubleshooting of vehicles, zone of release of vehicles from repair, zone of direct works on repair and servicing of vehicles;
the warehouse area (storage location of fuels and lubricants separately from warehouses of spare parts and materials for servicing and repair of vehicles);
zone of washing of vehicles (the opened and (or) closed washing with local treatment facilities);
