To department of questions of prevention and identification of corruption () submit Demyanenko A. this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. This Procedure determines the sequence of actions of workers of the office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its territorial authorities, companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of management of Ministry of Justice during acceptance, consideration, verification of messages on the possible facts corruption or the offenses connected with corruption, other violations of the law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) proper response to them and work with exposers.
2. The terms provided in this Procedure are used in the following values:
identification of the message - establishment of compliance of information stated in the message, to signs corruption or connected with corruption of offense, other violation of the law;
the notification - the notification on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of the law;
preliminary consideration - information analysis, containing in the message on corruption, on compliance to requirements of the Law;
authorized division - Department of questions of prevention and identification of corruption (further - Department);
The single portal of messages of exposers is information and communication system which has complex system of information security with the confirmed compliance according to the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems" which provides data exchange with the exposer by means of the Internet, collection, storage, use, protection, accounting, search, generalization of messages of exposers, and also other information, including about the status of exposers, condition and results of consideration of messages of exposers.
Other terms in this Procedure are used in the values determined in the laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", "About information", "About addresses of citizens", "About access to public information", "About personal data protection".
3. The Ministry of Justice provides functioning of internal channels of the message on the possible facts of the corruption or connected with corruption offenses, other violations of the law.
4. Information provided in the message on corruption shall concern the specific worker of the office of Ministry of Justice, its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of management of Ministry of Justice, to contain actual data about possible violations of the requirements, prohibitions and restrictions established by the Law which can be checked by it.
5. If during preliminary consideration of the notification it is determined that it does not conform to requirements of this Law, its further review is performed according to the procedure, determined for consideration of addresses of citizens what person which performed the notification is informed on.
6. The message on corruption can be submitted by the unmasker without authorship specifying (anonymously).
7. The notification on corruption can be both written, and oral, served both the individual (individual), and group of persons (collective).
8. The oral message on corruption is stated by the exposer (exposers) on personal reception of citizens by employees of Department and/or with use of means of telephone communication.
