About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning digitalization, personal data protection, traffic and regulation of advanced technologies on transport

"1. Financing, material and social providing bodies of homeland security are performed:

2) at the expense of the means received for delivery of health care from fund of social medical insurance;

3) from payment for execution of the electronic entry visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

"Article 7-2. Target use of means from payment for execution of the electronic entry visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The payment for execution of the electronic entry visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan represents the payment performed by foreign citizens and stateless persons in case of execution of the electronic entry visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The means arriving from payment for execution of the electronic entry visa in the part intended for development of internal and entrance tourism go to the Republic of Kazakhstan to the operator of digital platform for foreign citizens and stateless persons determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The means specified in Item 2 of this Article are used on development of internal and entrance tourism, including promotion of tourist product of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the internal and external markets.

4. The procedure for receipt, distribution, monitoring, the reporting and use of the means which arrived from payment for execution of the electronic entry visa to the Republic of Kazakhstan is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
