1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing reduction in mutual compliance of acts of the legislation according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 9, 2026 No. UP-109
1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 26, 1999 No. UP-2240 "About Enhancement of Passport System of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
(a) in Item 1:
(i) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "are subject to registration in the place of temporary stay" "are subject to registration in the place of stay";
(ii) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the foreign citizens and stateless persons which arrived to the Republic of Uzbekistan according to entrance visas are registered in the place of stay for the term specified in the visa";
(b) in appendix No. 2:
(i) the fourteenth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"about registration at the place of residence or stay";
(ii) in Item 9 of the word "in the place of permanent registration at the place of residence" shall be replaced with words "in place of registration at the place of residence".
2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 5, 2011 No. UP-4262 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Passport System in the Republic of Uzbekistan":
(a) in appendix No. 1:
(i) the fifth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who is constantly living abroad - the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who drew up the exit visa abroad on permanent residence and at which registration at the place of residence in the Republic of Uzbekistan is cancelled";
(ii) in paragraph five of Item 22 shall be replaced with words the words "the relevant documents or registered them on the last permanent residence or in the place of temporary stay were processed by it" "the relevant documents or registered them at the place of residence or in the place of stay were processed by it";
(iii) in paragraph four of Item 28 of the word "in the place of permanent residence and temporary stay" shall be replaced with words "at the place of residence and stay";
(iv) in the text of appendix No. 2 of the word "it was registered in the place of permanent residence" shall be replaced with words "it was registered at the place of residence";
(b) in the text in state language of appendix No. 2:
(i) in Item 3:
word in paragraph one "doimiya яшаш zhoy of b¸yich of r¸ykhatg олинган" shall be replaced with words "яшаш zhoy of b¸yich рўйхатдан ўтказилган";
word in paragraph five "doimiya яшаш yok бўлиш" shall be replaced with words "яшаш yok турган";
(ii) in the paragraph the second Item 10 of the word "vakhtincha турган zhoy of b¸yich of r¸ykhatg of olinganliga" shall be replaced with words "турган zhoy of b¸yich рўйхатдан ¸tkazilganlig";
(iii) in Items 12 and 19 of the word "doimiya яшаш zhoy of b¸yich of r¸ykhatg олинган" shall be replaced with words "яшаш zhoy of b¸yich рўйхатдан ўтказилган".
3. In Regulations on the provision of political asylum in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 29, 2017 No. UP-5060:
(a) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "after registration of registration in the place of temporary stay" shall be replaced with words "after registration of registration in the place of stay";
(b) in paragraph three of Item 10 of the word "temporarily living" shall be replaced with words "registered in the place of stay".
4. In Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 14, 2017 No. UP-5285 "About Measures for the Accelerated Development of the Textile and Sewing and Knitted Industry" of the word "registration in the place of temporary stay" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of stay".
5. In the paragraph the second Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 15, 2018 shall be replaced with words No. UP-5343 "About Additional Measures for Increase in Efficiency of Activities of Bodies of Prosecutor's Office in Ensuring Execution of the Adopted Regulatory Legal Acts" of the word "registered in the place of permanent residence" "registered at the place of residence".
6. In Item 18 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 29, 2018 No. UP-5388 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of Fruit-and-vegetable Growing in the Republic of Uzbekistan" of the word "registration in the place of temporary stay" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of stay".
7. In Item 14 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 14, 2019 No. UP-5629 "About creation of the free economic zone Andizhon-pharm of the word "temporary registration and its prolongation in the place of temporary residence" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of stay and its prolongation".
8. In Item 19 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2019 No. UP-5719 "About Measures for Determination of the Navoiy Region by the Free Economic Zone for Innovative, High, Export-oriented and Import-substituting Technology Productions" of the word "registration in the place of temporary stay" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of stay".
9. In Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 20, 2019 No. UP-5722 "About Measures for the Organization of Activities of the Uzbek and Emirates Investment Company" of the word "registration in the place of temporary stay" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of stay".
10. In Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 13, 2019 No. UP-5825 "About creation of the free economic zone "Chirokchi" of the word "acceptance on accounting and its prolongation at the place of residence" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of stay and its prolongation".
