About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures and establishment of separate document forms

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", paragraphs two and the third Item 7, parts one of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision of the status "business school" approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2022 No. 559, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to the subitem * 1.3.4 "Receipt of the conclusion confirming purpose of the imported (imported) processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it and (or) raw materials and materials for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project corresponding to priority type of activity (the sector of economy)" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 1.3.5 "Receipt of the conclusion about purpose of the imported (imported) processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it, raw materials and materials for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project on construction and (or) equipment of object of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.6 "Approval of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for development of town-planning projects of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", construction and (or) equipment of objects of this park" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.6-1 "Approval of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for construction and equipment of objects of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.6-2 "Approval of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for construction, equipment of the objects provided by the investment agreement or the preferential investment project" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.6.1 "Registration of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) with receipt of the registration certificate of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) and its inclusion in the Register of the centers of support of entrepreneurship" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.6.2 "Registration of the legal entity as incubator of small business with receipt of the registration certificate of the legal entity as incubator of small business and its inclusion in the Register of incubators of small business" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 2.11.1 "Receipt of permission to payment to the foreign participant, owner of property distributed (added) profits and (or) dividends" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.7 "Decision making about completion of implementation of the investment project on construction and (or) equipment of objects of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.7.1 "Registration of holding with entering of data into the State register of holdings and issue of the registration certificate of holding" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.7.2 "Modification of the list of members of holding" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.7.3 "Exception of holding of the State register of holdings in connection with the termination of its activities" (are attached).

2. Establish:

form of the certificate on provision of the status "business school" to organization of education, other organization ** according to appendix 1;

form of the register of business schools according to appendix 2;

the application form about modification of the certificate on provision of the status "business school" according to appendix 3.

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

** For the purposes of this resolution the terms "organization of education" and "other organization" are used in the values determined by Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision of the status "business school".

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4.

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
