About provision of the status of business school

Based on Item 3 of article 252 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision of the status of business school to other organizations which according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities from among the commercial organizations it (is applied).

2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. To the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Education to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022.

1. The fourth subitem 5.7 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, to state the paragraph in the following edition:

2. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2017 No. 456 "About Republican council on development of system of business education":

in preamble of the word "According to Article" and "years" to replace respectively with the words "Based on Article" and "No. 424-Z";

in Item 2:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

Regulations on procedure and conditions of provision of the status of business school to other organizations which according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities, from among the commercial organizations

1. This Provision determines procedure and conditions of provision of the status of business school to other organizations which according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities, from among the commercial organizations (further – the commercial organizations).

2. Provision of the status of business school of the commercial organization is performed by the Ministry of Economics.

The application for provision of the status of business school to the commercial organizations is submitted in the form established by the Ministry of Economics.

3. The status of business school can be provided in case of compliance of the commercial organization to the following compulsory provisions:

implementation of educational activities on the date of filing of application;

availability of practical experience in implementation of the educational program of the training rates (carrying out lecture halls, thematic seminars, practical works, trainings, officer rates and other types of the training rates) on the organization and business management at least two years;

availability of practical experience in implementation of the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and education profile specialists "Business, management and the right", to the direction of education "Business and management" at least one year;

availability of the recommendation of one of professional associations of participants of the market of business education which members are part of Republican council on development of system of the business education created according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2017 No. 456 "About Republican council on development of system of business education" about feasibility of provision of the commercial organization of the status of business school.

4. The Ministry of Economics refuses to the commercial organization adoption of the statement in case:

provisions of the statement not in the established form;

availability concerning the commercial organization of the decision of the Ministry of Economics on deprivation of the commercial organization of the status of business school from which acceptance date there passed less than one year;

availability of the bases provided in article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures".

The decision on refusal in adoption of the statement is made within three working days from registration date of such statement.

In case of refusal in adoption of the statement to the applicant the application with indication of causes of failure is returned.
