About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

(as amended of the Resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of 30.11.2023 No. 22)

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to the subitem * 1.3.4 "Receipt of the conclusion confirming purpose of the imported (imported) processing equipment, accessories and spare parts to it and (or) raw materials and materials for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project corresponding to priority type of activity (the sector of economy)" (are attached);

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 1.3.5 "Receipt of the conclusion about purpose of the imported (imported) processing equipment, accessories and spare parts to it, raw materials and materials for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementation of the investment project on construction and (or) equipment of object of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.6 "Coordination of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for development of town-planning projects of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", construction and (or) equipment of objects of this park" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.61 "Coordination of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for construction and equipment of objects of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 1.3.62 "Coordination of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for construction, equipment of the objects provided by the investment contract between the investor (investors) and the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.6.1 "Registration of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) with receipt of the registration certificate of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) and its inclusion in the Register of the centers of support of entrepreneurship" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.6.2 "Registration of the legal entity as incubator of small business with receipt of the registration certificate of the legal entity as incubator of small business and its inclusion in the Register of incubators of small business" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.6.3 "Modification of the registration certificate of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) with entering of data into the Register of the centers of support of entrepreneurship" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.6.4 "Modification of the registration certificate of the legal entity as incubator of small business with entering of data into the Register of incubators of small business" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.1 "Registration of the legal entity (individual entrepreneur) as resident of the free economic zone with inclusion in the register of residents of the free economic zone" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.2 "Registration of resident of the industrial park with inclusion in the register of residents of the industrial park" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.3 "Registration of the legal entity as resident of the Bremino-Orsha special economic zone with inclusion in the register of residents of the special economic zone" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.4 "Registration of the subject of innovative activities of the industrial park with inclusion in the register of subjects of innovative activities of the industrial park" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.5 "Receipt of confirmation of participant status of construction of facilities of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.6 "Receipt of confirmation of the status of the investor of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.6.7 "Decision making about completion of implementation of the investment project on construction and (or) equipment of objects of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.7.1 "Registration of holding with entering of data into the State register of holdings and issue of the registration certificate of holding" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.7.2 "Modification of the list of members of holding" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 12.7.3 "Exception of holding of the State register of holdings in connection with the termination of its activities" (are attached).

2. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2006 No. 57 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of requests (statements) for establishment of compliance of provisions of the agreements limiting the competition, to the antitrust law";

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2008 No. 229 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus";

Item 9 of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2009 No. 188 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of the applications of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about consent on transactions with shares, property shares in property of cooperatives (shares), shares of authorized funds of legal entities and modification and amendments in some resolutions concerning anti-monopoly regulation";

the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2010 No. 76 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions concerning anti-monopoly regulation".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
