In pursuance of part one of Item 2 and paragraphs two and third subitem 12.1 of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing it (is applied).

2. Establish form of regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to appendix.

3. Assign to the Ministry of Economics:

coordination of activities when making the ministerial procedures provided by the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing;

coordination of drafts of regulations of the ministerial procedures performed concerning the subjects of managing approved by bodies regulators.

4. To republican state bodies till March 26, 2022 to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022, except for the paragraph of third Item 3 and Item 4, becoming effective after official publication of this resolution.
