Based on part four of Item 8 of article 40 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on food of pupils of schools of the Olympic reserve it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Finance, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom when forming projects republican and local budgets for the next financial (budget) year in accordance with the established procedure to provide funds for implementation of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Sport in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to review cash expense rates on food for pupils of schools of the Olympic reserve as required taking into account increase in prices for food.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2026.

1. This Provision determines procedure for the organization and providing with food pupils of schools of the Olympic reserve, including candidates for transfer for schools of the Olympic reserve, for carrying out educational and training process (further if other is not established, – pupils).
2. Catering services of pupils are performed:
the established target figures of acceptance and plans of completing for sports of schools of the Olympic reserve enlisted within – at the expense of means republican or local budgets, except for the pupils deducted from educational groups on sports and continuing training at the level of secondary vocational education;
studying at paid basis and enlisted over target figures of acceptance within the extreme number of students established by the license for implementation of educational activities, and also the pupils deducted from educational groups on sports and continuing training at the level of secondary vocational education – at the expense of means of legal and (or) physical persons.
3. Food of pupils in the dining room and other objects of public catering which are structural divisions of school of the Olympic reserve (further – the dining room and other objects of food), at the expense of budgetary funds is performed on the cash expense rates on food established according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Sport in coordination with the Ministry of Finance.
4. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and their determinations are applied:
food of pupils – the meal providing requirements satisfaction of organism of the pupil in feedstuffs and energy taking into account age, sports specialization, the period of sports preparation;
additional food of pupils – the food appointed by the pupil in the cases requiring increase or change of nutrition value of food allowance in case of impossibility to provide food requirement at the expense of the food allowances based on basic average daily regulations of energy costs depending on age and sport.
