1. Establish:

1.1. the number of national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports in quantity to 2200 units (from them - 1200 established posts) *;

1.2. the cost of prizes for winners (prize-winners) of the sports competitions and sports and mass actions financed by means republican and (or) local budgets according to appendix 1;

1.3. the cost of the special prize issued to the winner (prize-winner) of sports competition, the sports and mass action financed by means republican and (or) local budgets in the nominations approved by regulations on holding (regulations of carrying out) sports competitions, sports and mass actions in the amount up to the 3-fold basic size established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus irrespective of the number of winners (prize-winners) to which it is handed.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the cost of the prizes specified in subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of this resolution is established and paid in sizes, multiple to the basic size established by the Government of the Republic of Belarus for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations, on the date of the beginning of holding sports competition, sports and mass action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

2.2. prizes for winners (prize-winners) of sports competitions and sports and mass actions are issued in cash or natural form;

2.3. remunerations are issued to the trainers who were taking part in training of winners (prize-winners) of the sports competitions financed by means republican and (or) local budgets in the cases established by the President of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of prizes to winners (prize-winners) of sports competitions and sports and mass actions it (is applied).

4. To the Ministry of Finance when forming the draft of the republican budget for the next financial year to provide necessary funds for material, medical, scientific and methodical and (or) other support of national and national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports, financing of their preparation for the international sporting events and participations in them according to the republican schedule of holding sporting events.

5. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
