Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry of change which are applied.

1. In Item 11 of the Regulations on authorization system approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 1992 No. 576, - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2022 No. 565 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 41, Art. 2220), to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.
2. In Regulations on the monitoring of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 1993 No. 661 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 1, Art. 5; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 52, Art. 2809; 2011, No. 79, Art. 2916; 2019, No. 69, Art. 2397; 2020, No. 76, Art. 2432; 2021, No. 42, Art. 2542):
1) in Item 7 the word "Mindovkolye" to exclude;
The word "Minagropolitiki" to replace 2) in the text of the Provision with the word of Ministry of Economics.
3. In the text of the Regulations on procedure for certification of the tractor operator-driver approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 1994 No. 217 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, Art. 187; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 46, of the Art. 2858) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.
4. In the second offer of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 8, 1995 No. 100 "About approval of the Procedure for calculation of the average salary" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 111; 2021, No. 72, the Art. 4536) words "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine "The Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
5. In the text of the Procedure for provision of the import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals used for carrying out the state testing and scientific research, and also the seed (landing) material processed by them approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 No. 288 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 250; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008 No. 68, Art. 2271; 2020, No. 76, the Art. 2432), the word "Mindovkolye" in all cases to replace with the word of Ministry of Economics.

According to the procedure of carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine, No. 295 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 59, Art. 1853; 2023, No. 87, Art. 5052):
In paragraph one of Item 22 of the word "the deputy minister of environment protection and natural resources" shall be replaced with words 1) "the deputy minister of economy, the environment and agricultural industry";
The word "Mindovkolye" in all cases to replace 2) in the text of the Procedure with the word of Ministry of Economics.
7. In item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 13, 1996 No. 509 "About procedure for computation of time in the territory of Ukraine" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 11, Art. 328; 2023, No. 70, the Art. 4064) words to "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine "To the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
8. In item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 1998 No. 321 "About creation of the state storage of precious metals and gemstones of Ukraine", - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2024 No. 657 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 57, the Art. 3362), words "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
9. In the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 13, Art. 495; 2020, No. 76, Art. 2432; 2021, No. 42, Art. 2542):
1) in item 4 the word", Mindovkolyem" to exclude;
To replace 2) in the text of provision of the word "Minagropolitiki" and "Mindovkolye" in all cases with the word of Ministry of Economics.
10. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 1998 No. 653 "About procedure for sale of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones from the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 19, Art. 697; 2022, No. 80, Art. 4837; 2024, 101, the Art. 6456) words to "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words No. "To the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
11. In the paragraph the second Item 14 of the Regulations on boundary regime approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1998 No. 1147 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 30, Art. 1127; 2017, No. 50, the Art. 1553) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.
12. In Item 6 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 1999 No. 859 "About conditions and the amount of compensation of heads of the companies founded on the state-owned, utility property and associations of the state companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 21, Art. 957; 2021, 68, the Art. 4269) words to "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words No. "To the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
13. In Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 1999 No. 1490 "About approval of the Procedure and conditions of use of fish and other water live resources of exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 33, Art. 1730; 2013, 82, the Art. 3041) words to "The state agency of fishery" shall be replaced with words No. to "The state agency on development of melioration, fishery and food programmes".
14. In paragraph one of the subitem 3 of Item 2 of the Procedure for the provision of the humanitarian assistance by Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2001 No. 161 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 8, Art. 324; 2023, No. 50, the Art. 2799) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.
15. In Item 2 of the Regulations on representatives concerning intellectual property on plant varieties approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2002 No. 1183 "About measures for implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to plant varieties" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, Art. 1592; 2022, No. 58, Art. 3470; 2024, No. 103, the Art. 6578) to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics.

In Item 6 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 1699; 2021, 68, the Art. 4269) words "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words No. "The Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
17. According to the procedure of issue of the compulsory license on use of plant variety, No. 121 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 29, 2003 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 6, Art. 230; 2022, No. 96, Art. 5980):
The word "Minagropolitiki" to replace 1) in the text of the Procedure with the word of Ministry of Economics;
2) in appendices to the Procedure:
in appendix of 1 word and figures "Minagropolitiki
Ulitsa Hreshchatik, 24,
Kiev, 01001"
shall be replaced with words also in figures "Ministry of Economics
Ulitsa Grushevskogo, 12/2,
Kiev, 01008";
in appendices 2 and 3 to replace the word "Minagropolitiki" with the word of Ministry of Economics;
in appendix 4 words "Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
18. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2003 No. 621 "About development of forecast and program documents of economic and social development and designing of the Budget declaration and government budget" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 18-19, of Art. 834; 2019, No. 34, Art. 1215; 2022, No. 4, Art. 210):
1) in the text of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Economics" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry" in the corresponding case;
2) in the list of industries of economy concerning which the forecast for five years is developed, approved by the specified resolution, in the column "Executives in charge" of the word "Minagropolitiki" and "Mindovkolye" to replace with the word of Ministry of Economics.
19. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2003 No. 1211 "Some questions of re-export of goods" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 32, Art. 1700; 2021, No. 68, of the Art. 4269) of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry".
20. In Item 6 of the Procedure natural and agricultural, ekologo-economic, antierosion and other types of the division into districts of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2004 No. 681 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 21, Art. 1429; 2018, No. 22, Art. 727; 2020, No. 76, Art. 2432; 2021, No. 42, the Art. 2542), words "the joint order of Minagropolitiki and Mindovkolya" shall be replaced with words "the order of Ministry of Economics".
