Some questions of re-export of goods

For the purpose of accomplishment of international treaties of Ukraine and according to Article 197 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Authorize the Ministry of Economy and European Integration to issue permissions to re-export of goods which lists are made public by the Ministry:

origin from Ukraine which is performed from the territory of other countries according to international treaties of Ukraine;

origin from other countries which is performed for borders of customs area of Ukraine.

2. To the State Customs Service to approve till January 1, 2004 procedure for application of customs procedures to goods which move through customs border of Ukraine in the re-export mode.

3. Operation of this resolution does not extend to goods which re-export is performed according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 13, 1998 No. 117 "About Regulations on the state export control in Ukraine".

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
