Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 No. 161-Z "About veterinary activities" and subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
Veterinary health regulations of carrying out researches in case of veterinary and sanitary examination of milk and dairy products, honey, the eggs of bird used for the food purposes (are attached).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2008 No. 15 "About approval of Veterinary rules of conducting veterinary and sanitary examination";
subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2010 No. 70 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2026.

1. These Veterinary health regulations of safety in the veterinary and sanitary relation of milk and dairy products, honey, the eggs of bird used for the food purposes (further – Rules) establish requirements to safety in the veterinary and sanitary relation of milk and dairy products, honey, the eggs of bird used for the food purposes.
2. Requirements of these rules do not extend to finished culinary products.
3. In these rules terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About veterinary activities", Regulations on procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and veterinary and sanitary survey of animal products, and also products of plant origin in case of their realization by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets, the approved resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2017 No. 319, the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" are applied (TR CU 021/2011) approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 880, the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of milk and dairy products" (TR CU 033/2013) made by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 9, 2013 No. 67.
4. In the veterinary and sanitary relation by results of conducting veterinary and sanitary examination milk and dairy products, honey, the eggs of bird used for the food purposes, conforming to requirements of the legislation and these rules are safe:
passed the veterinary and sanitary examination in production sites, procurements, conversions; realization (except for realization in shops and objects of public catering);
realized by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets:
passed the veterinary and sanitary examination in the market in accordance with the established procedure;
or passed the veterinary and sanitary examination out of the market, come for realization to the market and had veterinary and sanitary examination in accordance with the established procedure.
5. Safety in the veterinary and sanitary relation of milk and dairy products realized by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets:
5.1. milk and dairy products shall be received from healthy animals in the territory, safe concerning infectious and other general for the person and animal diseases, with observance of the requirements established by the legislation in the field of veterinary activities;
5.2. cow's milk on appearance and consistence shall be homogeneous liquid of color, white or white with light yellow shade, without deposit and flakes.
Taste and smell specific to milk, without strangers of the smacks and smells sharply expressed, unusual for fresh milk. Content of fat is at least % 3,2. The mass fraction of protein is at least % 3,0. Density (1027–1033) kg/m3. Purity against a standard is not lower than the second group. Acidity in Turner's degrees (16–20) °Т;
5.3. milk sheep to taste and smell is close to cow, but can have specific smell for sheep milk.

5.4. milk goat to taste and smell is close to cow, but can have specific goat smell. Color white. Content of fat is at least % 5,2. The mass fraction of protein is at least % 4,2. Density (g/cm3 1,027–1,038). Purity against a standard is not lower than the second Acidity group no more than 15 °Т;
5.5. mare milk of sweetish, a little tart taste, with specific smell, fresh milk without foreign smacks and smells. Color white with bluish shade. Fat content at least 1%. The mass fraction of protein is at least % 2,0. Density (1029–1033) g/cm3. Purity against a standard is not lower than the second group. Acidity of no more than 7 °Т;
5.6. sour cream shall have taste and smell net, sour-milk, without strangers unusual for sour cream of smacks and smell.
Consistence and appearance – homogeneous, without grains of fat and protein (cottage cheese), type lustrous. Color from white to weak-yellow, uniform on all weight, without foreign shades. Fat content at least 15%. Acidity in limits (60–100) °T;
5.7. cream shall have the taste and smell inherent to this product, without foreign smacks and smells; taste is slightly sweetish. Consistence and appearance – homogeneous mass, without the shaken-up lumps of fat and flakes of casein. Color white with yellowish shade. Fat content at least 20%. Acidity (17–19) °T;
5.8. cottage cheese shall have taste and smell sour-milk, net, gentle, without excessive acidity, foreign smacks and smells.
Consistence and appearance – homogeneous mass. Color – from white to slightly yellowish and without foreign shades. Acidity not higher than 240 °Т. The cottage cheese containing 18% of fat is considered fat, containing 9% of fat – semifat. Moisture content: in fat cottage cheese no more than 65%, and in low-fat no more than 80
5.9. oil shall have the taste and smell characteristic of this type of oil, without strangers, smacks and smells. Consistence and appearance – dense, homogeneous mass. On section the surface weak and brilliant, is allowed presence of single smallest droplets of moisture.
Color from white to light yellow. Fat content at least 78%. Moisture content no more than 20%. Content of table salt in salty oil no more 1,5
5.10. melted butter shall have the net, milk taste and smell characteristic of this type of oil, without foreign smacks and smells.
Consistence and appearance – soft, granular weight. In the kindled type oil shall be transparent, without deposit.
Color from white to light yellow, homogeneous on all weight. Moisture content no more than 1%. Fat content of at least 98
5.11. cheese soft house production shall have the taste and smell typical for this type of product, without foreign smacks and smells. Content of fat in solid at least 40%. Moisture content no more than 52%, table salt no more than 7
5.12. to safety and security legislation in the veterinary and sanitary relation milk and dairy products are not corresponding:
the milk received during the first 7 days after otel and the last 7 days until the end of lactation;
milk and dairy products with addition of the neutralizing and preserving substances;
milk and dairy products with organoleptic defects;
