About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
1-1. Determine:
the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
the list of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and the Ministries of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2 are transferred to the control.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 27.06.2013 No. 550
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus (further – Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production) is republican state body and submits to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the laws, decrees, decrees, orders of the President of the Republic of Belarus, other acts of the legislation and this Provision.
3. The main objectives of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production are:
3.1. carrying out single state policy, implementation of public administration and regulation in the field of agricultural industry *, fisheries, fish breeding (further – fishing activities), productions of foodstuff **, and also in the field of seed farming, sortoispytaniye, quarantine and protection of plants, preserving and increase in fertility of soils, breeding case, veterinary science, quality assurance of food staples and foodstuff, melioration, mechanization and electrification of agricultural production;

** For the purposes of this provision production of foodstuff is understood as types of economic activity according to the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus OKRB 005-2011 the "Types of economic activity" relating to subsection of SA "Production of Food, Drinks and Tobacco Products", the Section 10 "Production of Food", except for the "Conversion and Conservation of Fruit and Vegetables" groups, and also subclasses "Production of the refined oils and fats", "Production of margarine and similar food fats", "Production of starch and products from starch", "Sugar production", "Production of cocoa, chocolate and sugary confectionery", "Production of tea and coffee", "Production of spices and seasonings", "Production of baby food and dietary foodstuff" (except baby food on meat and dairy basis), "Production of yeast", "Production of other food, not included in other groups" (except food from flour, grain and milk).
3.2. regulation and coordination of activities of the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs on the questions entering its competence;
3.3. enhancement of economic policy and methods of managing, implementation of actions for increase in production efficiency in the field of agricultural industry, fishing activities and production of foodstuff;
3.4. creation of conditions for development of agricultural industry, fishing activities and production of foodstuff;
