1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and veterinary and sanitary survey of animal products, and also plant products in case of their realization by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets (are applied);

The regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of veterinary documents (are applied).

2. To consider the veterinary documents issued before entry into force of this resolution valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This resolution becomes effective since May 2, 2017.

Regulations on procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and veterinary and sanitary survey of animal products, and also plant products in case of their realization by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets

1. This Provision establishes procedure for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination and veterinary and sanitary survey of animal products, and also plant products in case of their realization by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs in the markets and regulations of sampling, necessary for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination are determined.

2. In this Provision the main terms and their determinations in the values established By the law the Republic of Belarus «About veterinary activities» and also the following terms and their determinations are used:

neutralization – the sanitary processing (high temperature, salting, freezing) of killing products ensuring them safety in the veterinary and sanitary relation;

organoleptic investigations – determination on appearance of form, size, color, consistence, trade dress, availability or lack of pollution (the soil, sand and another), damages of plant products;

plant products – vegetables (fresh, fermented, salty), greens fresh, fruit fresh, berries (fresh, dried, dried), fruits (fresh, soaked), seeds dried, mushrooms (fresh, dried);

killing products – not processed food products of animal origin received as a result of slaughter of productive animals and used for further conversion (processing) and (or) realization including meat, offal, fat raw, blood, bone, meat of mechanical boning (doobvalka), kollagensoderzhashchy and intestinal raw materials.
