According to Item 76 of division 2, Item 55 of division 4, Item 11 of division 6, Item 63 divisions 10 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine, item 4 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine, part four of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of investment projects with considerable investments in Ukraine", Item 10 of the Procedure for maintaining the register of investment projects with considerable investments approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 04, 2021 No. 805, of the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of filling of the register of investment projects with considerable investments by data concerning amounts of the provided state support according to the special investment agreement by forms of provision of such support

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine to the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine of data on amounts of the provided state support according to the special investment agreement by forms of provision of such support within automatic exchange of information which is applied.

2. To provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine to the Ministry of Economics, the environment and agricultural industry of Ukraine of data on amounts of the provided state support according to the special investment agreement by forms of provision of such support within automatic exchange of information

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure regulates electronic information exchange regarding provision of GNS and State Customs Service of Ministry of Economics of data concerning amounts of the provided state support according to the special investment agreement by forms of provision of such support (exemption of separate taxes and fees according to the Tax code of Ukraine and release from the taxation import duty of the new equipment (equipment) and components to it which are imported only for implementation of the investment project with considerable investments into execution of the special investment agreement according to the Customs code of Ukraine) within automatic exchange of information for maintaining the register of investment projects with considerable investments.

2. Subjects of information relations according to this Procedure are the Ministry of Economics, GNS and State Customs Service.

3. The amount, format and structure of data which subjects of electronic information exchange via program interfaces of electronic information resources exchange (services) are determined by agreements on electronic information exchange according to requirements of the Procedure electronic (technical and information) the interaction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 08, 2016 No. 606, and/or the protocols prepared according to this Procedure.

II. Regulations of electronic information exchange

1. Electronic information exchange between subjects of information relations is performed with observance of requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services", "About personal data protection", "About public electronic registers", "About information security in information and communication systems".
