About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 16.14.1 "Receipt of the decision on provision of subsidy for payment of part of interests on credit" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 16.14.2 "Coordination of exchange, sale, alienation on a grant basis of premises of the private housing stock built or acquired with use of subsidy for payment of part of interests on credit" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

1.3.1. ministerial procedure is performed concerning the legal entities specified in paragraphs second and third Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2024 to No. 344;

1.3.2. check of the facts of state registration of the legal entity, change of the name of the legal entity is performed by authorized body by means of the web portal of the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;

1.3.3. the additional basis for refusal in implementation of ministerial procedure in comparison with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" is determined in paragraph three of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for the provision to legal entities of subsidies for payment of part of interest for using the credits approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2024 No. 1040.
