About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (3) article 16-1 of the Law on protection of monuments No. 1530/1993 (repeated publication: 2022, Art. No. 326-333, 624) words "Technical supervision agency" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "National inspectorate for technical supervision".
Art. II. - In part (1) article 4 of the Law on fire safety No. 267/1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 15-16, 144), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "Technical Supervision Agency" "National inspectorate for technical supervision".
Art. III. - In part (2) article 9 of the Law on civil protection No. 271/1994 (1994, No. 20, the Art. 231), with subsequent changes, words by "Technical supervision agency" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "National inspectorate for technical supervision".
Art. IV. - In part (3) article 11 of the Law on the main pipeline transport No. 592/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. Art. V. - In the Law on quality in construction No. 721/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, of the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
