About approval of Changes in some orders and recognition No. 349 which voided the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine of June 24, 1996

According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 11, 2019 to No. 838), to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some orders which are attached.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine of June 24, 1996 No. 349 "About approval of the Instruction about the Visitors book on retailers and in institutions of restaurant economy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 1996 for No. 336/1361 (with changes).

3. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.

Changes in some orders

1. In the Rules of commission trade by nonfoods approved by the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations of Ukraine of March 13, 1995 No. 37, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 22, 1995 for No. 79/615:

1) in Item 2.5 of Chapter 2:

in the paragraph the second words", and also instructions in documents on the goods which are subject to obligatory certification in the state system of certification, registration certificate numbers of compliance or certificates on recognition of compliance" to exclude;

in paragraph three of the word "and goods which are not subject to obligatory certification in the state system of certification" to exclude;

word in paragraph five", regulating documents" to exclude;

2) in Item 5.11 of Chapter 5 of the word "visitors book" to exclude.

2. In the Rules of work of small retail retail chain stores approved by the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine of July 08, 1996 No. 369, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 1996 for No. 372/1397:

1) in Item 2 of the word "About Safety and Quality of Foodstuff" and "Procedure of trading activity and rules of trade servicing of the population" to replace respectively with the words "About the Basic Principles and Requirements to Safety and Quality of Foodstuff" and "Procedure of trading activity and rules of trade servicing in the market of consumer goods";

2) in Item 8:

the fourth - the eighth to exclude paragraphs.

With respect thereto the ninth - the thirteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the eighth;

add with the paragraph the ninth such content:

"Sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in small retail retail chain stores is performed according to requirements of the legislation.";

In paragraphs one and the second Item 9 of the word of "regulating documents and acts" shall be replaced with words 3) "regulatory legal acts";

3. In the Rules of retail trade by potatoes and fruit and vegetable products approved by the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine of July 08, 1997 No. 344, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 1997 for No. 353/2157:

1) in Item 13 of the word", and also" to exclude the Visitors book of the established form;

Item 22 to state 2) in the following edition:

"22. Subjects of managing shall provide availability on the visible and available place of angle-piece of the buyer in which information on the name of the owner or the body authorized by it, addresses and phone numbers of the bodies providing consumer protection is placed.";
