Based on subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of Article 12, of Item 2, parts two of item 4 of article 23 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus, Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of the normalized pollutants as a part of sewage according to appendix.
2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for establishment of standard rates of admissible dumpings of chemical and other substances as a part of sewage it (is applied).
3. Bring in item 4 of the table 1 of appendix 2 to the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2015 No. 13 "About establishment of standard rates of quality of water of superficial water objects" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.04.2015, 8/29808) the following changes:
to exclude the word "general" from the column "Name of Substance";
in the column "Formula" of the word "Nobshch" shall be replaced with words "Nkyel".
