About establishment of standard rates of quality of water of superficial water objects
Based on Item 5 of article 21 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus, Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish standard rates of quality of water of superficial water objects:
1.1. indicators of quality of water of the superficial water objects used for reproduction, nagul, wintering, migration of species of fish of groups of lososeobrazny and osetroobrazny, and also other superficial water objects according to appendix 1;
1.2. threshold limit values of chemical and other substances in water of superficial water objects according to appendix 2.
2. This resolution becomes effective since May 21, 2015.
