About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of goods for civil aviation and civil aircrafts
According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:
a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;
b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;
c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3.
2. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission to prepare the draft decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states about modification of the List of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. 18 approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (The Supreme body of the Customs union) of November 27, 2009.
Before modification of the specified List of the decision on change of rates of import customs duties concerning the goods provided by appendix No. 3 to this Decision are accepted by Council of the Eurasian economic commission.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
