3. Declare invalid appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 No. 850 "About new edition of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union".

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of 10.12.2014 No. 112

5. This Decision becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication, except for Item 4, which becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its official publication.
