About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In all text of the Law on fruit growing No. 728-XIII of February 6, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 5253, of the Art. 161), with subsequent changes, the words "General Inspectorate for Phytosanitary Supervision and Seed Control" shall be replaced with words "The national agency on safety of foodstuff" in the corresponding case.

Art. II. - In the Law on livestock production No. 412-XIV of May 27, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, 73-74, Art. 347), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (Article 11 of the word "The agency of veterinary sanitation and safety of animal products" shall be replaced with words 2) "The national agency on safety of foodstuff".

2. In part (Article 34 of the word "The agency of veterinary sanitation and safety of animal products" shall be replaced with words 2) "The national agency on safety of foodstuff".

Art. IV. - In the Law on foodstuff No. 78-XV of March 18, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 83-87, of the Art. 431), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "state body of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance" shall be replaced with words "state body of supervision of public health" in the corresponding case.

Art. V. - In the Law on the means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil No. 119-XV of April 22, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 100-103, of the Art. 510), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law of the word "General Inspectorate for Phytosanitary Supervision and Seed Control" shall be replaced with words "The national agency on safety of foodstuff" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 3:

to state the name of the concept "certification of object" of the following edition:

c) delivery note on import (invoice);

d) the purchase and sale agreement signed with the producer company which registered appropriate means or with the official distributor;
