1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning cash allowance and provision of pensions of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning cash allowance and provision of pensions of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies according to the list according to the appendix N 1.

3. Recognize not acting in the territory of the Russian Federation acts of USSR concerning the military personnel and the staff of law-enforcement bodies, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system according to the list according to the appendix N 2.
