1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 31, 2012 N 60 "About change and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning cash allowance and provision of pensions of the military personnel and employees of some federal executive bodies, and also about recognition not acting in the territory of the Russian Federation separate acts of USSR" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 12, the Art. 1410).
2. Declare invalid concerning the employees having special ranks and serving in organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 6, 1994 N 477 "About approval of the amount of increase in official pay rates (tariff charges) to personnel of the organizations performing criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment, and the organizations performing criminal penalties in the form of imprisonment with special conditions of economic activity depending on type of organizations, nature and complexity of the performed works, and also pre-trial detention centers of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, N 3, the Art. 234).
3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2013.
