About modification of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the small state companies (small privatization)" concerning prohibition of privatization of rooms where libraries, bookstores and the state publishing houses are placed

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraph two of part three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the small state companies (small privatization)" (1996, N 34, the Art. 160) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "and buildings (constructions, rooms) or their separate parts where libraries, bookstores and the state publishing houses are placed".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from day of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from day of entry into force of this Law:

submit in accordance with the established procedure the bill of introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine "About libraries and library science", "About publishing" and "About culture" concerning prohibition of privatization of rooms where libraries, bookstores and the state publishing houses are placed;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by the ministries both with others central and local executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts which contradict this Law.
