I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made (further - the List).

2. To provide to committee on cases of civil society of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first publication.

1. Bring in the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2016 No. 51 "About approval of Rules of provision of data on the activities by non-governmental organizations and forming of the Database about them" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13355) the following changes:

Bring in the order of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2021 No. 73 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out public control" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22263) the following changes:

6) public hearing - the procedure of public control performed by means of holding meeting for public discussion of the questions provided by subitems 1), 5) and 6) of Item 1 of Article 5, the subitem 1) of Item 1 of article 5-1 of the Law, and also socially significant decisions of state bodies, subjects of the quasi-public sector concerning their compliance to public concerns;

7) hearing of the report on results of work of state body, the subject of the quasi-public sector - the procedure of public control also represents public discussion at meeting of Public council of results of activities of state bodies, local government bodies and their officials, on the questions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of Item 1 of article 5 of the Law, subjects of the quasi-public sector on the questions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of Item 1 of article 5-1 of the Law.".
