On regulation of the separate public relations in the field of tourism
Based on Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2021 "About tourism" and in pursuance of the paragraph of the fourth Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2025 No. 329 "About enhancement of public administration in the field of tourism" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z
1. Approve:
The regulations on Interdepartmental expert coordination council on tourism under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);
The instruction about procedure for carrying out special monitorings of the international entrance tourism and internal tourism (is attached).
2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2026.

1. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 1997 No. 35 "About procedure for the organization and financing of visits of military burials and military monuments by organized groups of veterans of the Great Patriotic War and some categories of the citizens who were injured from effects of wars":

In part two of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2001 No. 359 "About approval of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Armenia about cooperation in the field of tourism" the words "Ministry of Sport and Tourism" shall be replaced with words "public institution" the national tourism agency".

5. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2017 No. 506 "About approval of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic Serbia about cooperation in the field of tourism":
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 421-Z";
in Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Sport and Tourism" shall be replaced with words "public institution" the national tourism agency".
6. No. 877 "About cooperation with the international organizations and interstate educations" to add appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2017 with the Section of the following content:
