About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 27, 2023 No. 154, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for the admission of motorized vehicles, trail cars or semitrailer trucks to them to transportation of dangerous goods approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2014 No. 117, of paragraphs two and the sixth Item 25 of the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 5.12.1 "Receipt of permission to the admission of the vehicle (except for wheel tractors, trail cars, semitrailer trucks) to participation in traffic" (are attached) to them;

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.12.2 "Receipt (prolongation of effective period) of the certificate on the admission of the vehicle to transportation of certain dangerous goods" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.14.2 "Receipt of the certificate on compliance of the special vehicle to requirements of the Agreement on international carriages of perishable foodstuff and about the special vehicles intended for these transportations of September 1, 1970 on serially issued isothermal vehicle" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.14.3 "Receipt of the certificate on compliance of the special vehicle to requirements of the Agreement on international carriages of perishable foodstuff and about the special vehicles intended for these transportations of September 1, 1970 on serially issued isothermal vehicle on which the thermal equipment is installed afterwards" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.14.4 "Receipt of the certificate on compliance of the special vehicle to requirements of the Agreement on international carriages of perishable foodstuff and about the special vehicles intended for these transportations of September 1, 1970 on the special vehicle (the refrigerator, glacier, the isothermal van, the isothermal vehicle – the tank) which is in operation" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.14.5 "Replacement (renewal) of the certificate on compliance of the special vehicle to requirements of the Agreement on international carriages of perishable foodstuff and about the special vehicles intended for these transportations of September 1, 1970" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.17.1 "Receipt of card of the digital tachograph of automobile carrier" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.17.2 "Receipt of card of the digital tachograph of service workshop" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.28.1 "Receipt of permission to carrying out the state technical inspection of vehicles by the diagnostic station" (are attached);

form of the card of additional check of the motorized vehicle, trail car or semitrailer truck to it according to appendix 1;

form of data on vehicles of rail transport with which use the licensed type of activity, according to appendix 2 will be performed;

form of information about workers who will perform the licensed type of activity, according to appendix 3.
