About approval of the Procedure for provision of the state support to youth and children's public associations, other subjects of youth work by provision of the budget grants as project support at the expense of means of the government budget and introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the state support to youth and children's public associations, other subjects of youth work by provision of the budget grants as project support at the expense of means of the government budget which is attached.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since January 1, 2026.

Procedure for provision of the state support to youth and children's public associations, other subjects of youth work by provision of the budget grants as project support at the expense of means of the government budget

1. This Procedure determines procedure for granting the Ukrainian youth fund (further - Fund) the state support to youth and children's public associations, other subjects of youth work in the form of the budget grants as project support on accomplishment of tasks of the state target programs in the sphere of youth policy for implementation of youth projects at the expense of means of the government budget.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following value:

the competitive offer - the document package consisting of the application for participation in competitive selection of youth projects, expense budget on implementation of the youth project, plan of implementation of the youth project, other documents determined in this procedure and in the announcement of carrying out competitive selection of youth projects (further - tender);

lowest passing score - Fonda determined by directorate minimum amount of points which the subject of representation at the second stage of tender for inclusion in the rating list of tender shall receive;

joint financing - attraction of financial resources by the subject of representation in the form of means for covering of certain part of expenses on implementation of the youth project submitted on tender by the subject of representation from the sources which are not forbidden by the legislation, not being fund;

subjects of representation are the subjects of youth work participating in tender.
