About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" (further – the Law on ministerial procedures) the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 2.1.1 "Setting standards of expense and (or) limits of consumption of fuel and energy resources for legal entities with annual total consumption of fuel and energy resources of 300 tons of conditional fuel and more and (or) the legal entities having sources of heat energy performance from 0,5 of Gcal/hour and more" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.5.2 "Receipt of the conclusion of state examination of energy efficiency on the project documentation on construction and reconstruction of power sources" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.13.1 "Receipt of the decision on approval of preproject (pre-investment) documentation on construction of sources of electrical energy, sources with the combined development of energy, sources of heat energy with a productivity of 500 kW and more" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.9.1 "Receipt of the conclusion about compliance of the construction object of the project documentation accepted in operation (regarding safety requirements and operational reliability), and concerning the construction object which is under construction according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2025 No. 46 "About features of construction and acceptance of objects in operation" about compliance to requirements of regulatory legal acts, including to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.18.1 "Turning on in the State register of models (modifications) of the cash summing-up registers and special computer systems used in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.19.1 "Inclusion of model of the gaming machine in the State register of models of the gaming machines allowed to use in the Republic of Belarus" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 22.1.1 "Receipt of the certificate on state registration of the capital processing equipment for production of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, tobacco products" (are attached);

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

the paragraph third subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.19.1 "Inclusion of model of the gaming machine in the State register of models of the gaming machines allowed to use in the Republic of Belarus", approved by this resolution – after official publication of this resolution is also effective till March 10, 2026;

the paragraph the fourth subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.19.1 "Inclusion of model of the gaming machine in the State register of models of the gaming machines allowed to use in the Republic of Belarus", approved by this resolution – since March 11, 2026;
