1.3.1. ministerial procedure is performed concerning the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign organization performing activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission, the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur in the Republic of Belarus who perform production (development) or delivery to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of model (modification) of the cash equipment;
1.3.2. appeal of the executive decision is performed judicially.
