Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 5.31.1 "Receipt of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 5.31.2 "Modification of permission to the admission to the MDP procedure and use of MDP of books" (are attached);

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 23.1.2 "Return (offsetting) of the amounts of customs and other payments concerning separate goods, including return (offsetting) of export customs duties concerning the goods specified in Item 1 of Article 237 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (reimported); return (offsetting) of import customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties concerning the goods specified in Item 1 of Article 242 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (re-exported)" (is applied);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 23.2.1 "Inclusion of intellectual property item in the national customs register of intellectual property items" (are attached);
