About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3 and the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 22.6.1 "Acquisition of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus, tobacco products" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 22.6.2 "Return of unused excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus, tobacco products" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 22.6.3 "Receipt of the decision on realization of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for remarking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus with the damaged excise stamps" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 23.3.1 "Receipt of the decision of customs authority on classification of the goods moved through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in not collected or sorted type including in incomplete or incomplete type" (are attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 22.6.1 "Acquisition of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported into the Republic of Belarus, tobacco products"

1. Features of implementation of ministerial procedure:

1.1. the name of authorized body (jurisdiction of ministerial procedure) – the customs authorized on realization of excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus (further – excise stamps);

1.2. the regulatory legal acts, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, the international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus regulating procedure of ministerial procedure:

The law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol";

The law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures";

The decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28 "About state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products";

The regulations on excise stamps for marking of the alcoholic beverages imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2008 No. 618;

The regulations on excise stamps for marking of the tobacco products imported into the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 1610;

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing";
