1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. Recognize invalid:

The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2011 No. 181 "About some measures for enhancement of state regulation in the field of compensation";

Item 13 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2019 No. 386 "About stimulation of scientific activities and enhancement of compensation".

3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

The Item 2 appendices extends the action to the relations which arose since May 16, 2025.

The changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. "About some measures for providing the organizations of agro-industrial complex with personnel" to state Item 1 of the Decree of Pre of zident of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2013 to No. 353 in the following edition:

"1. Establish monthly surcharges:

1.1. to young specialists with the higher and secondary vocational education employed in the organization of agro-industrial complex * within two years from the date of the conclusion with them the employment contract (contract) in the amount of 1 base rate established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations (further - base rate) with reference of these surcharges on costs on production and sales of goods (works, services) considered in case of the taxation;

1.2. to heads and specialists with the higher and secondary vocational education which fulfilled in the organizations of agro-industrial complex two years on distribution (redistribution), the direction (the subsequent direction) to work of organizations of education and continuing to work in the called organizations on the terms of the signed employment contracts (contracts) within the next three years in the amount of:

0,69 of base rate at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on development of agricultural production, fish breeding and conversion of agricultural products;

0,81 of base rate with reference of these surcharges on costs on production and sales of goods (works, services) considered in case of the taxation.

* For the purposes of this Decree the organizations of agro-industrial complex are understood as legal entities, including their separate divisions which core activity concerns according to the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus of OKRB 005-2011 "Types of economic activity" to groups 011-016, to subclasses 0312, of 0322, of 13104, 43121 (regarding drainage of agricultural sites). At the same time criterion of determination of core activity for legal entities, including the separate divisions having separate balance are proceeds from sales of products, goods, works, services, and for the separate divisions which do not have separate balance - the average number of workers for previous year.".

2. In Item 6 of appendix 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2018 No. 407 "About support of the organizations of agro-industrial complex" word "to KSUP "Kolenskoye" shall be replaced with words "JSC Lyudenevichi.
