1. Approve the Instruction about requirements to rules of the internal control exercised by commodity exchanges it (is applied).

2. Establish form of the certificate on inclusion in the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus" according to appendix 1.

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. "About determination of rates of natural loss of potash fertilizers" to state preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2009 to No. 39 in the following edition:
