For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2016 "About bodies of anti-monopoly regulation and trade" and based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 188
1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Consider necessary to have in the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus board in number of 12 people.
3. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2007, No. 56, 5/24794; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.06.2013, 5/37437; 27.03. 2014, 5/38597; 07:11. 2014, 5/39663; 11:02. 2015, 5/40098) following changes:
3.1. in Item 1:
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the fifth;
3.2. in Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
from part one of Item 1 of the word"," to exclude counteractions of monopolistic activities and development of the competition, activities of subjects of natural monopolies, state regulation of the prices (rates) and the state control of pricing;
in item 4:
exclude subitems 4.3.1 and 4.6;
subitem 4.5.1 after words of "monetary" to add with the words "price, anti-monopoly";
