1. For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
1.1. administration of the market - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur organizing market work;
1.2. administration of shopping center - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur organizing work of shopping center;
1.3. product assortment of public catering - set of products of public catering in certain ratio by types, methods of culinary processing and other signs;
1.4. range of goods - set of goods in certain ratio by the types and versions combined on certain sign (functional purpose, model, the size, color, method of production and other sign);
1.5. No. 358-Z is excluded according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 07.03.2024
1.6. group of goods - set of the goods having similar functional purpose and having similar structure of consumer properties and indicators;
1.7. online store - the website of the subject of trade on the global computer Internet (further - the Internet) giving opportunity to choose goods and to sign with this subject of trade the agreement of retail purchase and sale on this website;
1.8. the summer platform (continuation of the hall) - the easily built temporary design (terrace, verandah and another), the portable little tables located in the territory which is directly adjoining capital structure (the building, construction) or on its roof, or on other open area of capital structure (the building, construction) in which rooms object of public catering is located;
1.9. shop - the stationary shopping facility having trade floor (trade floors);
1.10. non-stationary object of public catering - the object of public catering representing the temporary design which is not capital structure (the building, construction) isolated by the room or their parts regardless of accession or non-alignment to engineering communications;

1.13. object of public catering – capital structure (the building, construction), the isolated room or their parts or the temporary design which is not capital structure (the building, construction) isolated by the room or their parts, equipped with processing and other equipment and used for implementation of public catering, portable object of public catering;
1.14. wholesale trade – the trade type connected with acquisition and sales of goods for use in the business activity or other purposes which are not connected with personal, family, home and other similar use;
1.15. portable object of public catering – the object of public catering representing the vehicle which is specially equipped and used for implementation of public catering, including the car, the motorcycle, the moped, trail car and semitrailer truck, the bicycle, the cycle mobile and other vehicle (further – the vehicle), or its part;
1.16. the portable shopping facility – the shopping facility representing the vehicle which is specially equipped and used for sales of goods or its part;
1.17. the supplier of goods – the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur performing or intending to perform deliveries of the made or purchased goods intended for their use in business activity;
1.18. products of public catering – culinary products, bakery, the confectionery and drinks made when implementing public catering;
1.19. delivery trade – form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed with use of the vehicle which is specially equipped for sales of goods;
1.20. peddling trade – form of retail trade in case of which the sales of goods are performed with use of portable means of peddling trade;
1.21. retail trade – the trade type connected with acquisition and sale or sales of goods for the personal, family, home and other similar use which is not connected with business activity;
1.22. the market – the property complex incorporating trade places equipped and held for sale agricultural products, wild-growing fruits, berries, products of fish breeding, animal and other goods, performance of works, rendering services by legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs;

1.24. stabilization funds of goods – the inventories of separate goods created according to the decision of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
1.25. stationary object of public catering – the object of public catering representing capital structure (the building, construction) attached to engineering communications, the isolated room or their parts;
1.26. the stationary shopping facility – the shopping facility representing capital structure (the building, construction) attached to engineering communications, the isolated room or their parts;
1.27. the subject of public catering – the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur performing public catering;
1.28. the subject of trade – the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur performing trade;
1.29. goods – held for sale property (objects of private, family, house consumption, industrial goods and other property);
1.30. the floor space – the square of trade floor (trade floors) of shop, the pavilion;
1.31. retail chain stores – set of two and more stationary shopping facilities which belong legally to one subject of trade or several subjects of trade entering one group of persons, or set of two and more stationary shopping facilities in which activities with use of one means of individualization of participants of civil circulation of goods, works or services, including on terms of the contract of the complex entrepreneurial license (franchizing) are performed;
1.32. trade – the business activity directed to acquisition and sales of goods with rendering or without rendering the services connected with sales of goods and also to self-produced sales of goods their producers for the personal, family, home and other similar use which is not connected with business activity;
1.33. the trade place – the place equipped in the market provided by administration of the market for sales of goods (performance of works, rendering services);
