About questions of the state geological fund, geological and economic and cost estimates of the field
Based on Item 2 of Article 51 and Item 6 of article 75 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on subsoil the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
The regulations on structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data (are applied);
Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 2045 "About some measures for implementation of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil";
subitem 1.40 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2010 No. 640 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning control (supervising) activities and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus";
subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2011 No. 1370 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition No. 356 which voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 25, 2009";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2012 No. 610 "About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 962 and of December 30, 2008 No. 2045";

Item 1 of appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2021 No. 509 "About measures for implementation of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Provision establishes structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data.
2. The state geological fund creates and conducts the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (further - Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources). Maintenance of maintaining the state geological fund performs the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Geological Center".
3. Geological information on geological structure of subsoil, quality and amount of the minerals which are in them and other resources of subsoil, the conditions of their production or use, the phenomena and processes happening in subsoil, data on which contain in reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil, the maps, other textual and graphical records and materials fixed on material carriers including, is part of the state geological fund:
the textual and graphical records and materials containing the data received directly in the course of geological studying of subsoil, mining, use of geothermal resources of subsoil, operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining, forming fund of primary geological information;
reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil, the maps, other textual and graphical records and materials included in the reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil received as a result of processing of primary geological information, forming fund of the interpreted geological information.
Tasks of the state geological fund are collection, processing, the analysis, accumulating, systematization and storage of information specified in part one of this Item.
The state geological fund is conducted in the form of the database in electronic form with use of means of geoinformation technologies and on papers. Maintaining the state geological fund in electronic form with use of means of geoinformation technologies is performed in the form of information resource.
The structure of the database of the state geological fund is established by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources.
4. Geological information is provided gratuitously in Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing geological studying of subsoil, mining, use of other resources of subsoil for forming and maintaining the state geological fund.
5. Maintaining the state geological fund includes collection, processing, the analysis, accumulating, systematization and storage of geological information, including:
check of completeness of the provided geological information and compliance of the provided materials to requirements of regulatory legal acts, including to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, imposed to registration of the specified materials;
accounting, inventory count and cataloguing of the provided materials.
6. Are subject to storage in the state geological fund:
the geological information obtained as a result of geological studying of subsoil;
information containing in the state inventory of subsoil, the state stock balances of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil, the register of works on geological studying of subsoil;
data on condition and movement of inventories of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil (except for petrogeotermalny resources);
