Based on subitems 1. 5, 1.7 Items 1 of Article 10, of Item 1 of Article 41, of Item 6 of Article 75, of Items 2, 4 articles 79 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil, parts two of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for the creation and activities of service "one window" approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2018 No. 202, of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2020 No. 442 "About prolongation of effective period of documents" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for submission of data for maintaining the state stock balances of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for creation and approval of the state stock balances of minerals and geothermal resources of subsoil (are applied).

2. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

4. This resolution becomes effective since October 14, 2021.

The Item 3 of appendix 1 is effective till March 27, 2022.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. In Regulations on structure of the state geological fund, the procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 2045:

2. In the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2010 No. 667 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for conducting the state geological examination of the project documentation on geological studying of subsoil":

in preamble of the word "According to Subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of Article 10" shall be replaced with words "Based on subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of Article 10, of Item 1 of Article 41";

in Item 1:
