About some measures for implementation of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil

Based on Item 2 of Article 51 and Item 6 of article 75 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on subsoil the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data;

Regulations on procedure for carrying out geological and economic and cost estimates of the field by types of minerals and (or) geothermal resources of subsoil.

2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 27.04.2021 No. 252

2.2. Ceased to be valid

2.3. in the list of officials of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial authorities having the right to exercise the state control in the field of environmental protection, No. 963 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2003 "About some questions of the state control in the field of environmental protection performed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and its territorial authorities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 82, 5/12801):

in paragraph five of the word "Heads of Structural Divisions as a part of Specialized Inspections" shall be replaced with words "Heads of structural divisions as a part of Department on geology of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, interregional specialized inspections";

the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

2.6. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17.02.2012 No. 156

3. Recognize resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix to be invalid.

4. To republican state bodies in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009, except for subitems 2.2.1-2.2. 4, 2.2.6, 2.2.10, 2.2.14, 2.2.17-2.2.24, 2.3 of Item 2 and Item 4, becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

Regulations on structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data

1. This Provision establishes structure of the state geological fund, procedure for its forming, maintaining and use of its data.

2. The state geological fund creates and conducts the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection (further - Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources). Maintenance of maintaining the state geological fund performs the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian State Geological Center".

3. Geological information on geological structure of subsoil, quality and amount of the minerals which are in them and other resources of subsoil, the conditions of their production or use, the phenomena and processes happening in subsoil, data on which contain in reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil, the maps, other textual and graphical records and materials fixed on material carriers including, is part of the state geological fund:

the textual and graphical records and materials containing the data received directly in the course of geological studying of subsoil, mining, use of geothermal resources of subsoil, operation of the underground constructions which are not connected with mining, forming fund of primary geological information;

reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil, the maps, other textual and graphical records and materials included in the reports by results of works on geological studying of subsoil received as a result of processing of primary geological information, forming fund of the interpreted geological information.

Tasks of the state geological fund are collection, processing, accumulating and systematization of information specified in part one of this Item.
