Identify the enclosed Procedure for removal of the foreign citizen or stateless persons - the participant of experiment on implementation of additional mechanisms of accounting of the foreign citizens and stateless persons staying in the Russian Federation in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow and the Moscow region, from accounting to the address of the organization authorized by the federal city of Moscow.

2. This order becomes effective since September 1, 2025 and is effective till September 1, 2029 inclusive <1>.
